What events order
Most events need two kinds of shirts: one for the people working it and one for the people who came. We print staff and volunteer shirts in a color that stands out in a crowd, event tees and sweatshirts for attendees, and tote bags and hats when you want something more than a shirt.

Festivals, charity events, golf tournaments, races, family reunions: if it has a date and a crowd, it needs shirts, and we'd like to print them. We print for a theatre company's productions and for club events across North County and San Diego, from a motorsports club to a wrestling club. Golf and equestrian events often call for premium blanks, careful color matching and specialty inks, which is work we have done for national brands.
A date you can plan around
Event shirts are only useful if they arrive before the event. Your date is confirmed once three things are done: your quote is approved, your invoice is paid and your final art is approved. Standard turnaround is 14 calendar days from the last of those three. If your event is sooner than that, ask about a rush date, and a date we tell you up front is one we plan around.
One design, every shirt
When the same design goes on staff tees, attendee tees and sweatshirts, the print is priced on the combined count, so adding a second garment costs less than starting over. We print up to eight ink colors, and your proof shows exactly what we'll print before anything goes on press.
Merch that outlasts the day
The best event shirts get worn long after the event. We print on soft blanks people want to keep, and we can add the date, the sponsors or the route to the back so the shirt tells the story. Totes and hats round out a table or a swag bag. If the event happens every year, your design stays on file, so next year's order starts with a scan of the QR code on this year's box label.
Ordering for an event
There are no minimums, so a 12-person reunion gets the same care as a 1,000-piece order. Pick your garments and see your price right away, then pay online by card, or by bank transfer on larger orders. You approve a proof in your customer portal before anything prints, and nothing goes on press until you do. Staff, volunteer and attendee shirts can all go on one order, each in its own color and sizes. Pick up at our San Marcos shop, or we can ship to you.
